These terms apply to orders placed with Snickers Snacks, a small family business based in Pymble NSW. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

You can order by email (orders@snickerssnack.com), by phone or text (0497 691 540), or through Instagram (@snickerssnacks7). An order is confirmed once we reply to confirm it and the payment has been received.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on our Shop Treats page. We accept bank transfer or PayID. Cash on delivery is also available for local deliveries. We'll send our payment details when we confirm your order.

Postage and delivery

We post within NSW. Postage is $8.95 for orders of 100g to 200g, $10.95 for orders up to 500g, and $13.95 for larger orders. Postage is free on your first order, on orders over $50, or when you buy any 3 bags of any size. Free local delivery is available within a 10km radius of Pymble (2073). Message us to check your address is in our area. Delivery times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Our treats

Our treats are single-ingredient, made from human-grade Australian meat and dehydrated. They are treats, not a complete diet. Always supervise your dog while they eat, give them fresh water, and feed treats in moderation. If your dog has allergies or a health condition, check with your vet first. Store treats in a cool, dry place and use them by the date on the bag.

Returns and refunds

Because our treats are food, we can't accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss or harm caused by the use of our treats other than as described above.
